SB 848 Pupil Safety: School Employee Misconduct: Child Abuse Prevention: 

California SB 848 mandates enhanced school employee misconduct training, expanding the definition of mandated reporters to include more staff and volunteers. It requires annual training on child abuse identification and reporting, specifically including grooming tendency education.  Join Mr. Todd Robbins as he explores the expansion of training requirements, grooming awareness, child abuse prevention and safety policies that must be adopted in this new legislation for you to prepare for July 1, 2026 implementation.
